Tube cutting throughput depends on stable chuck handling, efficient nest layout and minimising non-cutting time between profiles. The T6524 combines 2-chuck vertical rotation with TubesT 3D nesting so operators move from drawing to cut lengths with a repeatable production rhythm.

Every Titan T6524 is delivered, positioned, commissioned and supported by Mantech UK engineers. Tube lasers need correct siting, level foundations, chuck alignment, extraction routing and verified services.
