Ignoring basic checks can lead to poor cut quality, wasted materials, or even long-term damage. But with just a few minutes of care each week, you can avoid costly surprises and keep your machine cutting clean and true.

These are the heart of your cutting system. Keeping them clean and sharp ensures clean cuts and reduces the risk of breakages.

Dirty cones can cause misalignment—clean them regularly to protect your spindle and ensure tool precision.

Your cutting surface matters. A worn or uneven board can affect vacuum hold and cut depth accuracy.

Good extraction keeps your workspace safe and your machine running efficiently. Check for bristle damage or wear.
