We have commissioned a Falcon 1325 ATC CNC router for Treend Sets Ltd in Haddenham.
Treend Sets make custom sets, detailed components and one-off creative work. A 1300 × 2500 mm bed takes a full sheet. The 9 kW air-cooled spindle and 10-tool automatic changer let the team cut, profile and drill without stopping to swap tools by hand.
Why the Falcon 1325 ATC
The 10-tool changer is what changes the working day. Mixed jobs stay on the machine instead of going back to the bench for every bit change. That is the usual reason a shop steps up from a manual router.

What they are using it for
Custom sets and one-off pieces need several operations on the same sheet. The first jobs on this bed are circular profiles in sheet timber — the kind of detailed work they already run, now nested and cut in-house.
Install and training
We specified the machine, then delivered, commissioned and trained the operators on site. After handover, Treend Sets have Mantech for technical help, servicing and spare parts.
