We have commissioned a Falcon 1325 ATC CNC router for Art Machine Shetland Ltd.
The 1300 × 2500 mm bed takes a full sheet. A 9 kW air-cooled spindle and 10-position automatic tool changer cover cutting, pocketing, drilling and finishing without the operator changing tools by hand.

Day-to-day setup
DSP control keeps the pendant straightforward. Automatic tool measurement sets each cutter after a change, so setup does not start with a manual measure every time.
Install and training
Our engineers installed the machine and trained the operators on site in Shetland. After handover, Art Machine Shetland have technical support and spare parts throughout ownership. That is the service we offer customers across the UK and Ireland, including workshops further from our West Midlands base.
